Before you start flashing the amplifier's firmware, a short excursion through the compatibility table of amplifiers of different models.
As can be seen from the table above, in each case there were different block options and software versions. When choosing an amplifier according to the table, you need to focus on the amplifier model (as far as I understand, the hardware is slightly different, but this is not certain). For those who are trying to flash a model other than your factory one (skip straight to step 2) or are retrofitting a car that did not previously have an amplifier, the instructions are below:
1. Connect the amplifier via optics, if previously NTG was used from the built-in amplifier, then switch through HU25.cbf in variant encoding via Vediamo in the VCD_TGW_Parametr - Audio_Source section - turn on an external amplifier (pass the sound through an external amplifier) and enable "Most - On" if it was disabled. In the same variant coding in the VCD_Rated_Most_configuration section, if initially missing, add our SOUND amplifier to Position (any from 1 to 7). Position 0 – must remain HU/TGW. Then restart the MOST ring via DAS.
2. If the amplifier is connected correctly, it should appear in the DAS in this window.
3. Next, we try to program the unit via DAS OFFLINE, where the system itself will determine which firmware version is installed and offer the firmware number for your body.
4. The system will indicate the disk numbers (choose which one is available) of Telematics, which will need to be downloaded to a CD or SD card, which will need to be mounted in NTG before flashing and we will flash the amplifier.
5. Once you insert the CD or SD card with the correct Telematics disk number, you will be able to program the SOUND unit (amplifier).
