How Do I change the TPMS/RDK System Frequency on the A238?

Has anyone switched the TPMS/RDK system on an A238 from US 315 MHz to EU 433 MHz?
I couldn't find a way to change the frequency in the TPM control unit. I would appreciate any ideas!
