JLR DOIP VCI Not Recognized

I am currently facing an issue while attempting to install the JLR DOIP MTS 6533 VCI. After successfully installing the required drivers and software provided by JLR, I proceeded to launch the VCI Manager. However, despite multiple attempts, the software does not recognize the VCI unit. I have ensured that all connections are secure and that the unit is powered on, but the VCI Manager continues to display an error message indicating that it cannot find the VCI. I would appreciate any guidance or troubleshooting steps to resolve this issue and successfully establish a connection to the VCI.

Or you have a 1:1 clone of JLR DOIP VCI that needs its own crooked Chinese driver.
