Mercedes S400 Hybrid W221.195 Does Not Start

My Mercedes S400 Hybrid W221.195 won't start.

Tested diagnostic software:

1/ME-SFI 17.7
- Control unit: ME177
- MB object number for hardware: Unknown data
- MB object number for software (FLASHLOADER): Unknown data
- MB object number for software (CODE): Unknown data
- MB object number for software (DATA): Unknown data
- Supplier: Bosch
- Software status: 6v12090kS0001
- Diagnostic ID: 021510
- Version (internal): VC12_1_0

2/REAR SAM: Fault

Replaced the battery with a new one.
REAR and FRONT SAM. Checked fuse (still working). Checked fuse with voltmeter.
Help me please! Thank you very much.

It looks like there is no power in the ME unit.
 
What diagnostic tool?

As if it didn't read, that's why it gives unknown errors. Maybe recognition is needed, you can try with Xentry.

If I remember correctly, the W221 is an MHEV and uses a 48V battery. They lock up if their charge level drops too low, and since the 12V battery is charged by a DC/DC converter, the charge drops too. The voltage on a 12V battery should be 13.8V immediately after the ignition is turned on. If not, check the 48V battery. If everything is OK, the DC/DC converter (located inside the 48V battery) may be faulty.

Thanks bro! I checked the DC/DC converter and found that there was water in it. I am now ordering a new one to replace and check it.
