Hello, in my w211 i have NTG1 with green Fakra connector. Is there the way to code comand to use it as Video input?

yes they need to code tv tuner. But audio input only via MOST

The Fakra connector is only vor Video signal (Rearcam). You can use a Video Adapter Fakra to Cinch.
