NTG5 W205 Used Product Exchange

NTG5 W205 is broken so I am going to exchange it for NTG5 X253.
What should I do after exchanging a used item? CP OFF? Flash?

You may only need the PIN for the "new" unit.

I solved the CP OFF problem. But the shape and settings of the car do not match. If I flash, which software version should I continue with?
