NTG7 Repair Procedure

I'm currently repairing a Mercedes NTG7 head unit. I'm interested in information about the RH R7F7015293 microcontroller. Are there any known common causes of failure for these NTG7 units (boot cycles, problems with internal voltage stabilization, etc.) that don't necessarily require a complete microcontroller replacement? Has anyone successfully read the D-Flash from an RH R7F7015293 using VVDI?

You can read the R7F7015293 using the VVDI. Adapters for reading this memory are available on the market, allowing you to read the D-Flash, but the question arises as to what to do after reading the file. Perhaps someone can shed some light on this, but as for reading the data, this can be done using the VVDI.
