Open or Temporary Workspace

I would like to know the difference between "Open a Workspace" and "Temporary Workspace" when working with DTS Monaco.
When should I choose one or the other?

With "Open a Workspace", you can open a predefined or already saved workspace with previously configured settings and variables.
I used the "Temporary Workspace" to try something without saving and play around.
