After a few rainy days, the windshield wiper motor simply stops working. This phenomenon disappears about 2 days after the rain. I checked the windshield wiper motor connector, everything is fine and dry. The problem may be in the ground of the wiper motor, but I don't know where it is so I can't check. If anyone had a similar or the same problem, please leave a comment.

Check if the water drain holes in the windshield opening are clogged.

I also checked this, but all the channels are passable and the water flows without obstruction. I also disconnected the battery for about 20 minutes but the wiper problem still persisted. It would be nice if someone had a wiring diagram for the wipers, maybe the problem is corrosion. Thank you Christiano for your help. (y)

Here is a diagram of the Megane IV front axle engine.

Thank you very much for the diagram. I researched everything and came to the conclusion that the contacts of the windshield wiper motor electronics were rusted. I have no idea how the water got in there, but I cleaned off all the rust and sprayed it with contact spray. I think this is a manufacturing defect and hope that there will be no more problems now. Thanks again for your help!

I don't think it's a manufacturing defect. Water must have gotten into the engine air intake. Check the water drains carefully for blockages. Remove the front wheel arches to check the water drains. If they have a flap, remove it.
