Finally everything works.
I advise everyone to be careful with the ECU part number.
The problem was not in the coding, but in the ECU.
DO NOT TRY TO USE ECU A2059007218 in facelift models as I did, it was a mistake.
I was offered to do the coding online for a fee and also at a local workshop which was even cheaper so I chose the local workshop who tried to do it but then said it was probably the ECU that was faulty and they couldn't tell which one was correct so I had to do it myself.
After that they didn't want any money, but out of the kindness of my heart I paid for their breakfast.
A2139000500 is the correct ECU for facelifted models.
You can use motor codes A2137605600 or A0997602301, they all work fine.
