Updating COMAND NTG4 W204 Maps to V16

I tried to update COMAND NTG4 to V16 maps several times, but every update stopped at 97% and gave the message "Update is not possible".
And again requested DVD 1.
Any suggestions?

Try again with another disc, it looks like there is a problem with the DVD. Remember to burn the disc at minimum speed.

NTG4 C-Class (03/2007-10/2008) - latest working version is V12.

I have 12/2009... so the latest version is V16.
And I tried about 20 different DVD sets: a two-part version, a three-part version.
And it always stopped at 97%. So I think the problem is somewhere else. Maybe the firmware.
I searched for this CD/DVD A1728274159 or A1728274059, but I couldn't find it. Although, if you Google it, it's listed in some catalogs.
