Upgrading Halogen to Bi-Xenon Passat B7

I have a 2014 Passat B7. I need to replace the halogen headlights with Bi-Xenon ones. Who can do this?

Hmm, can I ask why you want to do this instead of just buying a plug and play LED?
Your car is listed as Osram and Philips approved (which I would give anything for, as my car is not on that list).

I have a Passat B7 and my car is listed as Osram and Philips but I still replaced them with LED headlights with Xenon, they are plug and play headlights. After the replacement my low beam bulb failed so I had to install VCDS and code the LED headlights. It is best to replace standard halogen bulbs with Xenon ones, since Xenon lamps are brighter than low-quality standard bulbs. It's time for companies to install Xenon on all cars.
