W205 HU5ES2: Rear Camera Calibration Problem - Dynamic Guide Lines Missing

Mercedes W205 2017 with HU5ES2. Retrofit of the original rear camera.

The image from the camera is displayed correctly. Steering guide lines only work in XENTRY test mode. In normal reversing mode, there are no dynamic lines.
The calibration status shows "NOT CALIBRATED".
DTS Monaco and XENTRY are used.
I can't find the RVC222 auxiliary lines.

Switch DTS to "Write all domains" and code the camera.
