W211 Instrument Cluster CAN Codes

My IC gives the codes shown in the picture. The symptoms are as follows:

1. The numbers on the instrument cluster do not light up at night, only the arrows light up.
2. It is impossible to write any service data to ASSYST PLUS or enter the service menu while in the car. The IC only shows a dash when entering the service menu, and when trying to reset the settings, it remains in the "calculating" mode.

How do I approach this? I'm new to XENTRY and all that. I have good soldering skills and all the necessary tools, including a microscope.
I have XPT with Openport 2.0 as a diagnostic tool.

Check if a CAN filter is installed to change the mileage.

If the filter was not installed (as john suspects), the plasma tube is probably faulty. Buy another IC... set the km zeros and teach it with XENTRY.

Start with a short SD test -> select the instrument cluster -> control unit adaptation -> enter eventual model year -> instrument cluster settings -> there you can see if the mileage matches. If your km/miles are not displayed or there are significant differences, it is very likely that your km/miles have been changed. But if they match, then your speedometer is most likely faulty.

This is a classic IC211 problem. The backlight film is broken. You can buy a new one on AliExpress or take a used IC211 and install a new one.

When trying to connect to the IC using DAS, it gives a message about an unknown instrument cluster option and limited diagnostics. There are few options. Any ideas on this?
