W212 HU5S1 (USA/Canada) to EU NTG 5.1

I brought a facelifted W212 from Canada to Europe. Can anyone tell me how to convert an NTG system from the US standard to the EU standard? Parameters such as radio frequency, region, etc. I have C4 and DTS Monaco. I managed to recode the headlights from the US standard to the European one, but I don't know how to configure the settings for NTG.
