I want to update the firmware of the head unit and maybe flash the special A238/C238 files to get the correct image of the car after replacing the head unit.

Sorry for the late reply. It weighs 1.6 GB. It should be replaced with a Coupe. It should replace the picture to the coupe.

How to update MBUX (to FUP4) and instrument cluster of my W177? Is it possible to install this update using DTS Monaco?
My car is W177 A200 AMG line.

Yes, you can, if you know the SW update numbers. You can only update via any of the DOIP interfaces, otherwise you can kill your HU/IC.

Can I flash firmware to my W177 car using DOIP ENET cable? Do I need to enter something like a password when installing the firmware to avoid an error?

You need to be sure that the files you are going to flash are perfect for your hardware. For example, there is a common problem with HU55: if your BL is not suitable, the DOIP inside the HU may fail and you will not be able to flash it anymore. Until you feel confident in flashing units and understand how everything works in Mercedes, do not flash units, only code.
