XENTRY Diagnostics OpenShell and Pass Thru v12.2023

Installed 12/2023 but after installation there is no choice of CD4 only VCI. Can you tell me why this is so?

It looks like this version is no longer on the server, where else can I download it?
I'm using SDconnect C4 which I can't work with on 03/2024 and 06/2024.
