I am trying to adjust the seat heating balance on my 2021 Mercedes-Benz CLA 45 S (C118).
Vehicle equipment:
409 - Multicontour seats
555 - AMG performance seats
873 - Seat heating
What I did:
I enabled the "Seat Heating Balance" menu in HU6 using coding.
The slider is visible in MBUX.
Problem:
When I move the slider (backrest/seat cushion), it always returns to the center position.
So, the menu displays, but the seat module doesn't accept the value.
Seat control units detected:
MCMS_FL177AMG
MCMS_FR177AMG
I checked the seat related modules in the DTS Monaco system including MBCFA2 -> SHZ but could not find any parameters related to heat distribution or seat heating balance.
Does anyone know which ECU is responsible for balancing the heated seats on the C118?
What coding option allows this?
I use DTS Monaco and VCX SE.
