Hi mate,
This procedure is straight forward, you must try the resetting of the throttle with the driver's door closed:
Following these steps should reset the throttle.
Just Note: The Engine Control Unit (ECU) manages idle speed unless there's input from the Throttle Position Sensor (TPS). Ensure the throttle pedal mechanically returns fully.

- Begin by turning the ignition key to the on position (NOT start).
- Press and hold the gas pedal to the floor for five seconds.
- Turn the key to the "off" position without removing it, then release the gas pedal.
- Allow at least two minutes to pass without taking any action.

Try to use Mercedes benz star diagnostic Scan tool and then make quick test select engine ecu then adaptation u can reset throttle body.
