It depends on what the task is. 130,000 is not a lot of mileage. The car itself is very special. In fact, the ML is a station wagon. There are no such now.
Very good engine, change the oil every 10K-12K km and it will last longer than the current plastic cars.
The old automotive industry will never be repeated.

It depends of the condition and how much you like it. 130k are nothing I think about the chassis and the engine. I drive w164 ML500 all standard car except the color, same miles as your. All quality parts lasts enough. You can't find many R class in N. Ireland-was few 280 few months ago. So I'm about to keep it as Tom said.
