NTG 4.7 FW Brick

Bought NTG 4.7, sent IGN to ID 0x0001 via CAN bus, power button lights up for 6 seconds, then goes out for about 2 seconds and lights up again for 6 seconds, removed hard drive, no result, any ideas on how to reflash it? Vediamo does not connect at 125/500 kbps.
