Paddle Shifter

I am trying to activate the paddle shifter on my W211 E220CDI 2007. After programming manual mode and paddle shifter, paddle shifter do not work but M mode works.
Does anyone know if I need to code anything else?
For programming everything I use Vediamo.

Have you tried activating "Lenkradtippen" in DAS?
Paddles are on byte 29 and C/S Mode is on byte 30.

No. On EGS53 do I need to select byte 30?
On EGS53, byte 29 is also for paddles?

So I turned on the paddle shifters, changing byte 29 to 2C.
