Problem with FM Radio W213

I have a W213 with NTG55 and I have a problem with the radio: it works sometimes, then stops working for a few seconds, sometimes for 1-3 minutes, and then starts playing again. The problem is only with FM radio stations. Has anyone tried to solve this problem?

Are you having problems with FM band 1 or 2? If you could share the details of the complaint it would be very helpful. Is the car stationary or moving? Any radio station or a specific one? What is your region - ECE/USA or Asia?
If you can connect the XENTRY and show the RF signal level measurement that would be nice to see too.
Your problem may be related to the failure of the antenna amplifier, but the correct conclusion can be made after receiving more detailed information and diagnostic results.

The problem is in the radio itself, not in the antenna or amplifier...

I have a similar problem (I think). My NTG55 radio gets stuck in radio mode when booting, unresponsive to any input signals. I tried flashing it with DTS Monaco via an ENET cable. Every time I tried writing data to the internal 2 GB SD card, I encountered an error on the 4th file. The card is encrypted, so it can't be read directly on a PC.
I'm attaching a screenshot of the error, which confirms that writing data to the "HMI" folder (a folder inside the 2 GB SD card) fails with a read/write error, which I suspect is related to a faulty SD card, but I'm not sure. I'm also looking for a solution to this problem.

Tazmania, today I bought another used device, and it has the same problem... I guess it can't be that all devices are faulty. I'll wait for another one and try it with that one too.

Strelec, in the EU region this happens on all radios, I don't have any error codes.
