The car engine is running normally. The combination meter screen is black out. But sometimes it works fine or after a few minutes of running the car engine it starts working again. Can anyone suggest a solution? Do I need to replace it with a new one?

I've been tinkering with electronics for a while, and judging by the appearance of the large electrolytic capacitor in the first video, I'd replace that too. It's a 330 µF, 35V capacitor. These capacitors are usually smooth on all sides, and if they seem to be pushing outward, it's time to replace them. In this video, you can see the cross-shaped shape at the top, which means the liquid inside is expanding and pushing the top part upward. This capacitor is likely to fail soon.
