Any professional customer who wishes to use the CLIP diagnostic tool must obtain authorisation from RENAULT and pay the corresponding subscription.

System for diagnostics and maintenance of electronic components for Renault, Dacia, Samsung vehicles.

When this "CLIP" software is activated, BOSCH Automotive Service Solutions SARL will collect personal data (IP address of the "CLIP" PC, telephone number, email address and possibly the name of the contact person). This information is transmitted to Renault SAS and is used for the management of "CLIP" diagnostic tools.

What's new:

• KARDIAN vehicle is included in vehicle type: SANDERO/LOGAN III FAMILY

.NET Framework 3.5 must be installed.
It is highly recommended to uninstall the current version before installing the new or previous one.

This is a modified installer, you do not need to make any changes to the registry or anything like that.
Just run setup_autogmt.com.exe manually or it will run automatically from the ISO image.

Supported languages: German, Brazilian, Danish, Spanish, Finnish, French, Italian, Norway, Dutch, Portuguese, Romanian, English, Swedish.
Compatible multiplexers: Renault CAN CLIP VCI, Nissan Consult.

Can anyone explain what it means when I click on a computer in Renault CLIP and see the message "NO DATA IS AVAILABLE FOR THIS COMPUTER"?

Anyway I have CAN CLIP v218, also I have USB token and 2 virtual tokens for reprogramming. I used reprogramming software from Renault pages and during reprogramming the dashboard lost internet connection and now I can't repeat, only CLIP can do it, but the v218 version when I go to reprogramming and run it shows that the program database is wrong and it doesn't allow to connect to Renault network or CD? Will this version v237 solve the problem? Otherwise I have to go to the dealer because the dashboard doesn't work due to a program failure.

CLIP v218, outdated version. May no longer work with the Internet. Try the latest version.

Where can I find a working CLIP to work with the RTL2002 probe? I need to reprogram the cluster.

First, where can I buy USB and virtual tokens?

I solved the problem with Renault Laguna 3 by installing a fresh copy of the old version of CLIP v232 and everything worked fine. I couldn't get v237 to work, I found something wrong with it.

Install v232 or v234 on Windows 7 32bit (free from the official Microsoft website) and everything will be fine.

When trying to use CLIP v237 after connecting to the car I get the following: "Connect the token / select the card".
I can click "Try again" or "Cancel".
When I click "Cancel" I get the message: "This vehicle’s MTC is not available. Only the multiplex network test is possible".

Does anyone know why this is happening and how to fix it?
