Renault CLIP v237

Important note: I am trying to connect to a 2018 Renault Zoe.
Could it be that this car requires a token? If so, do older versions of CLIP require a token to connect to the Renault Zoe?

Try an older version of CLIP. It should work fine.

When trying to use CLIP v237 after connecting to the car I get the following: "Connect the token / select the card".
I can click "Try again" or "Cancel".
When I click "Cancel" I get the message: "This vehicle’s MTC is not available. Only the multiplex network test is possible".

Does anyone know why this is happening and how to fix it?

First I need some information.
What car do you work with? Exact make and model?

I have similar issues with version 237, so I reinstalled a FRESH copy of 234 and everything worked fine, it seems that certain info in the database built into the program are missing in version 237.

By the way, will it work with ELM 327? I have one with STN2120 chip and some adapters for it. If not, I will do more research and buy the right equipment. Never diagnosed Renault before.

My ELM 327 doesn't work with this, I bought a VXDIAG cable to get it working.
