Hey you have maybe error P051300? Start issue? I know one Site for repair this. But Need to read fdct with flex or some other Tool. They charge 200€. Maybe someone in the Forum also can repair it.

Post EEPROM for FCDT.

It is important to note that if you "fix" the EEPROM on this battery, DO NOT INSTALL IT BACK into the BMS board BEFORE you have charged the battery cells individually with a Li-Ion compatible charger of at least 50V. You can solder it, but do not connect it. If you do, it will go back into shutdown mode even after you reinstall it back into the car.

Just my 5 cents.

Does anyone know how to properly charge a 48 volt battery after replacement? It has a DC to DC converter in it and I have seen many cars that would not start due to a circuit, if I remember correctly, it was ~1V. Unlike other European cars, I could not find a software function to open the charge relay. After initially jumping a 48 volt battery using Xentry.

As with a 12 volt battery, connect a charger (48-50) directly to the battery and charge at 1-2 amps, bypassing all converters.
