Scanmatik 2 PRO USB (Original) Problem

I tried to enter a car with XENTRY PassThru (12.2023 and 03.2024) with Scanmatik 2 PRO USB (Original), but the program does not enter. Before this problematic car, I read fault codes from a Mercedes-Benz Vito W447 2015 with version 03.2024 without problems. The green LED on the device lights up when the device is connected to the car.

Mercedes-Benz E-Class 2010 T-Model (S212) E350 CDI 4MATIC (212.293) is a problematic car.
After Xentry I also tried DAS. There was an error in this program too. I tried it a few days later and was able to connect to the car with the DAS program. The problem with DAS is that you can't find an online guide on how to force a DPF regeneration.

This has already been tried:

1. Rebooting the laptop
2. Reconnecting Scanmatik 2 PRO
3. Xentry 12.2023 and 03.2024
4. Installation of DTS Monaco projects
5. Checking the connection of SM2Pro to the computer
6. Slightly changed device name in registry for SM2Pro
7. Passthru device selection window
8. Tried other J2534 apps like FORScan
9. Reinstalling SM2Pro drivers

Can Xentry stop working as above if the certificate is red? What should I try next?

Have you already tried troubleshooting the issues described in the manual, such as same firmware, connection speed, connection settings in the scanner and driver?

Scanmatik software was used, but no connection was found with Xentry.
Unfortunately, I don't understand Russian, so I don't know what instructions are in the manual.

I've been through this, but unfortunately nothing new that I didn't already know/test was revealed here.

Today I tested the functionality of the device on a MB E-Class S211 MY05. To read the fault codes of the car it was necessary to log in with the DAS software and an attempt was made to adjust/lower the rear of this car but this attempt eventually failed with this error message, picture attached.

I use Scanmatik with Xentry, I install XENTRY PassThru and when I run it it asks me what device to use. Scanmatik will be listed before installation, nothing else needs to be changed, like OS registry etc.
The only additional step is to check the "Ignition" box.
Before you continue reading and looking for information about the DAS Prototypes for 204/212, forget about it. It is not necessary.
