Scanmatik 2 Pro USB (Original) Problem

Car info:

MERCEDES-BENZ E-SERIES 2010 T-Model (S212) E 350 CDI 4-matic (212.293)

I have tried to enter the car with Xentry XPT (2023.12 and 2024.3) using Scanmatik 2 Pro USB (Original), but the program does not enter. Before this problem car, I had read fault codes from a 2015 M-B Vito van (W447) with the 2024.3 version and the aforementioned J2534 device without any problems. The green LED light on the device lights up when the device is connected to the car.

After trying Xentry, I also tried DAS. There was an error in this program as well.

I tried from this moment a few days later and managed to get into the car with the DAS program. The problem with DAS is that you can't find an online instruction for it to start the DPF forced regeneration.

This has already been tried:

1. Reboot laptop
2. Reconnect Scanmatik 2 Pro
3. Xentry 2023.12 -> 2024.3
4. Install Monaco projects
5. Check the connection between sm2 and computer
6. Go to windows registry to this key "Computer\HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\PassThruSupport.04.04" and change the name slightly for the SM2Pro
7. window to choose passthru device
8. try some other j2534 application - Ford FORScan
9. Reinstallation for SM2 drivers

Can Xentry stop working as mentioned above if the certificate is in red?

What should I try next?

Have you already tried the troubleshooting from the manual e.g. firmware all the same, connection speed, connection setting in scanner and driver, Scanmatik software is closed…..?

The Scanmatik software has been used on and left not on, but still no connection has been found with Xentry.
Troubleshooting from the manual - unfortunately, I do not understand the Russian language, so I don't know what the instructions in the manual are.

Today I tested the functionality of the device on the MB E-series S211 MY05 car. The car had to be entered with the DAS program and got through to read the fault codes, but we also tried to adjust/lower the rear end of this car, but this attempt ultimately failed with this error message:
