Solving the Connection Problem of Mercedes-Benz XENTRY Kit

I recently purchased a Mercedes-Benz XENTRY kit for daily car diagnostics. However, during practical use, I encountered unstable connection of devices. Sometimes the computer can recognize the equipment, but the software cannot connect, and sometimes the equipment simply does not respond. I checked the compatibility of the USB interface and the computer system, and there seems to be no problem.

What version of Xentry and what multiplexer are you using? I think it's VXDIAG, maybe SE version? Then maybe it's not configured correctly (you can check that) or it's a broken device.
