Solving the Connection Problem of Mercedes Benz XENTRY Kit

Hello everyone, I recently purchased a set of Mercedes Benz XENTRY Kit for daily vehicle diagnosis. However, in practical operation, I encountered unstable device connections. Sometimes the computer can recognize the hardware but the software cannot connect, and sometimes the hardware simply does not respond. I have checked the compatibility between the USB interface and the computer system, and it seems that there are no issues.

What Xentry version and what Multiplexer do you use? I guess it is VXDIAG, maybe SE Version? Then it is maybe set up wrong (that you can check) or it is a broken device.

Under the guidance of technical personnel, the issue was resolved after reinstallation, indicating that there was an installation error.
