The Camera Remains On

The contactless trunk opening function (opening with your foot under the bumper) does not work. Also, the rear camera is always on, but there is no image on the screen. As soon as I turn on the ignition, the rear camera slides out of the trunk and remains open even while driving. XENTRY does not display any error codes.
Has anyone encountered something like this before?

The rear camera is controlled by the control unit and can be checked using the XENTRY program. Either it is faulty or it is receiving the wrong impulse.
