I have a 2007 Audi A6 with a 2.4 V6 petrol engine.

Last week I noticed that my car was misfiring and had difficulty responding to the gas pedal, especially when the engine was cold, and only when starting. Once the engine warmed up, everything seemed to work fine. However, I also noticed a significant increase in fuel consumption of 30% or more.

I replaced the fuel injectors, spark plugs and spark plugs. Although the starting problem improved slightly, the high fuel consumption remained the same. After extensive research and diagnostics, I scanned the car and found no data from the two throttle angle sensors. To save time, I ordered and installed a new throttle body, but the problem persisted.

I checked the fuses and relays and everything seems to be working. Honestly I'm stuck and have no idea what the problem could be.
Can anyone help? I'm willing to start troubleshooting from scratch if necessary.

Check the O2 sensor.

Check the engine coolant sensor!

If the problem is with the coolant sensor, the mixture will be rich and there will be black smoke.

My experience shows that the problem may be in the camshaft sensor.
Can you check and write here?
I sell LPG systems and I have had many problems with these systems due to the camshaft sensor. The problem is difficult to diagnose on petrol because when a car has an LPG system, the owners drive mainly on LPG and do not monitor the petrol system as carefully.

When you replaced the throttle body, did you reset its adaptations? Because the stored end stop values will be from the one you replaced.
