I am trying to code a new key on my VW T5. I already have VCDS but I need software to read the immobilizer code (SKC code). I think I need VAG EEPROM Programmer v1.19g. But any advice would be appreciated.

What ECU does your T5 have?

I think VAG EEPROM Programmer can't read Immo T5 PIN. The cheapest solution is to read ECU EEPROM or cluster, but it requires special tools and knowledge.

The best investment for VAG Immo is VVDI2. If it is a one-off thing, make friends with your local mechanic and maybe he will help you extract the SKC code.

I also agree that VVDI2 is the best investment for VAG. Depending on your location you may have other options for SKC.
