I know VCDS for VW; Audi... but is there anything similar for Ford cars out there?

FORScan is a software designed specifically for Ford and Mazda, it requires certain level of knowledge, do it at your own risks, you can update the softwares also you can use special functions such as DPF regeneration, ABS bleeding etc.

FORSCAN is best and cheappest option, also works great with Scanmatik2 pro (ori or clone) which is best tools that works great with other many softwares; MB Xentry, ODIS, Toyota Techstream, Honda i-HDS, Nissan Consult, JLR etc.

Best option, I use IDS 110 with VCM or Mongoose J2534, good for diesel engine power balance and programming new factory updates.
