Here is a working set of files for both Vediamo 4.02.02 and 5.01.01 for use with VCX SE.
0) Ensure that VX Manager is installed, and under drivers tab, both Passthru, and C6 are fully installed.
1) Run Notepad in Administrator mode.
2) Open "C:\program files (x86)\Vediamo\Ceaser\Driver\slave.ini".
3) Replace all text with the text from the appropriate attached file depending on your version of Vediamo.
