I am diagnosing a VW Multivan T7 diesel engine with many low voltage related DTCs.
The strange thing is that ODIS shows around 11.6-11.7V on the measured values of terminal 30/gateway, but when I measure the voltage directly at the battery or socket, it is higher - above 12V.
The car has many intermittent faults, mainly related to voltage drops. The multimedia unit sometimes behaves strangely. It may reboot or temporarily disable obstacle recognition. There is also a faulty rear wiper and other unrelated errors.
The battery has already been replaced with an AGM battery, but the ODIS still shows a voltage lower than the actual measured voltage.
My questions:
Any advice or diagnostic direction would be appreciated.

My questions:
- Has anyone seen a case where the ODIS/J533 gateway reported a lower voltage than the actual battery voltage?
- Could this be caused by a bad ground point, a voltage drop in the power line, or a gateway problem?
- Which measurement values in module 19 - Gateway/J533 are best to check for this?
- Are there any typical grounding points or fuse/power distribution points on the Multivan T7 that should be checked first?
Any advice or diagnostic direction would be appreciated.
