VXDIAG and DTS Monaco not connected

I didn't see a similar thread so I hope you teachers can tell me about it.
I have set up so far based on other threads, but could not connect.
I would like to know about possible solutions.
I have 2024 Xentry OpenShell installed on my computer.
Is it some kind of security issue?
The open shell communicates well with the vehicle. (late 205)

Maybe you can uncheck the "use for licensing" section. I saw this option a installation video.

Unchecked the box, but there was no change.
I used to be able to connect openport and Monaco.
When I reinstalled Windows 10 to install Xentry OpenShell, I could not connect to openport either.

Usually, when Vediamo or Monaco does not see the multiplexer, there is a problem with the drivers or the paths to them in the initialization file.

This problem was solved by renewing the license term from the VX Manager.
The key is to always use VX Manager.
It appears that the VXDIAG information was rewritten during the setup process.

Then there will be no communication with the car through Xentry, not only with Monaco. The license must be periodically updated in the VX manager.
