VXDIAG and DTS Monaco Not Connected

I haven't seen a thread like this, so I hope you teachers can tell me about it.
I configured everything as in other threads, but I couldn’t connect.
I would like to know about possible solutions.
I have Xentry OpenShell 2024 installed on my computer.
Is this some kind of security issue?
OpenShell works well with W205.

Maybe you can uncheck the "Use for licensing" section. I saw this option in the installation video.

I unchecked the box, but nothing changed. Previously I was able to connect Openport and DTS Monaco.
When I reinstalled Windows 10 to install Xentry OpenShell, I also couldn't connect to Openport.

Usually, when Vediamo or DTS Monaco do not see the multiplexer, the problem is in the drivers or the paths to them in the initialization file.

The "Vendor module name" field is empty.

This issue was resolved by renewing the license via VX Manager.
The main thing is to always use VX Manager.
It appears that the VXDIAG information was overwritten during the installation process.

Then there will be no connection with the car via Xentry, not only with DTS Monaco. The license must be updated periodically in VX Manager.
