W204 ILS Problem

Old type W204 2013, original LED type, replaced both headlights after accident (used LED headlights), everything works, just one problem. When the low beam is turned on, the high beam is turned on, when the high beam is turned on, the low beam is turned on.

The light switch is a common failure on these W204s. Some people rebuild it, some replace it entirely. It's up to you, buddy.

W204 did not have LED headlights, only halogen or Xenon/Xenon ILS, if you have Xenon ILS, then your headlights are from another "traffic", I mean right/left side. When you have a left hand drive car and you have headlights from a right hand drive car, what you are describing happens, the high beam mixes with the low beam.

To confirm my theory, change HLC166 -> VCD_Fahrzeugdatensatz_Allgemein from LV to RV or vice versa and check if high/low beam works.
