W205 activiation of AndroidAuto / Carplay

Hi guys,

I'm new in this forum and just bought a used W205 with Audio 20 and Code 154.
Actually the navigation feels very boring and I want to use AndroidAuto for Navigation.
What I read it should be possible to activate AA /CP with this configuration.

Can someone help me with the first steps...

Is Xentry SW the right one for coding AA / CP or do I need anything else.

I already have a OBD Interface (Openport 2.0)

After... Hard Reset ECU

If it doesn’t work after this, it means that the firmware is old and needs to be updated.

Could you explain this, because Remote UI Services fragment only has on/off feature and within the read from ecu values i wont see 04 04 for example.

As far as I know, if you already have the hardware on your car, you can activate Android auto/car play directly from the Command, accessing engineering mode.

I didn't go online for a long time because I was very ill.
Today I had time to test CarPlay activation on my W205 with Audio 20 and Code 154.
I used DTS Monaco 9. In HU5ES2 I checked for the presence of the remote user interface coding string and found: 01 00... 19...08...
I changed the first digits to 04 04... and checked the box on the right to save the new data. But it didn't accept the changes. I also tried doing a hard reset after that, no change either.
Can any of you help me with CarPlay activation?

Before coding and hard reset, you need to reset the HU to factory settings.
