After a few weeks I had an issue with the heated/cooled seats.
The fuse keeps blowing even if the cooling/heating is turned off (it may take a day or two, but it works after replacing the fuse).
Several people have told me that the heating mat may have broken.
However, I don't know if this could be a problem since it's not turned on and if I do, the fuse won't trip. Have any of you guys had a similar issue? Could it be the control unit? When I try to communicate with the control unit via XENTRY, it seems to work fine and also shows the current state properly. Does anyone know the cables that might be damaged?

Usually there is always damage inside the seats. Remove, disassemble, you will find a short circuit to ground.

Is there some kind of connector under the seat that I could just unplug to see which seat it is?

Yes, and get a multimeter and ohmmeter to test the heating mat in the seats to see if there is a short in the circuit, and try rocking the seat or sitting in it while you test with the ohmmeter.
