W213 display flickering

We have more and more problems with flickering w213 displays. Does anybody have an idea how to fix?

We do it 50 times a year. It's definitely a hardware issue. Changing the backboard is the solution, but I didn't figure out how the fix the board. I am out of spare parts. Finding a way to fix the board would be great. It's not an software issue like ntg5s1. Maybe the problem is similar to fixing a PlayStation.

I can stop the flickering by setting the air conditioner to the lowest temperature and directing the air flow directly into the cabin, closing all the vents and setting the fan to 5 or 6. After a while the flickering stops, although for me the flickering becomes more intense or even completely black. startronic, when these dashboards/screens are open, is there any ventilation system for the multimedia/infotainment system and instrument cluster? I found a media cooling fan on eBay for the W212 but not for the W213.

I think the problem is in GPU/MCU. Reballing might help, haven't tried it yet. Does anyone have experience with this?
