W213 Hu55 after reset

I have w213 after reset command Hu55.
All settings is deleted.
No sound.
No menus.
No massage.
No ambient light.
And more.

Is there any way to restore all?
Or need online SCN?

I didn't make backup, my customer made system reset, then all deleted.
I will do SCN coding.

I think you have code 810 Soundsystem with external amp. Thats why you have no sound.
Easiest way to fix is to make online SCN coding.
