W213 HU55 After Reset

I have a W213 after resetting HU55 COMAND all settings are deleted.
No sound.
No menu.
No messages.
No external light.
And much more.

Is there a way to restore everything?
Or do I need an online SCN?

You didn't make a backup? Before coding!? If this happened, you can restore it yourself. Otherwise, only SCN online can help you.

I didn't make a backup, my client did a system reset, then everything was deleted.
I will do the SCN coding.

I think you have a sound system with code 810 and external amplifier. That's why you have no sound. The easiest way to fix this is to do online SCN coding.
