XENTRY Key without Secure Boot Disabled

I bought a computer on eBay with a BIOS password.
Secure Boot is enabled, is it possible to install a Xentry key without the Xentry loader in "AppInit_DLLs"?
Is it possible to activate Xentry with Secure Boot enabled?
