2007 Lexus RX 400H, Windows and Sunroof Opening

I removed the battery from the key fob, but the problem persists. All the windows and the sunroof open by themselves, as if I were doing it intentionally with the key fob (by pressing and holding the "Unlock" button). Any ideas on how to solve this problem?

When do they open automatically when the car engine starts?

The sunroof and windows lower when the vehicle is parked. I was able to disable this feature through Techstream, but I'm still wondering why it was happening. However, since I disabled this feature, this has not happened anymore.
