BMW E90 AUX Activation

You need to perform coding and add information to the VO indicating that you have AUX installed.

With Navi:

1. Add + NAUX in VO
2. Module CAPPL: AUX_CONFIG = mounted
3. Module CAUDI: INPUT_SCALING_SUB2 = wert_02

Without Navi:

1. Add + NAUX in VO
2. Module MASK: AUX_CONFIG = mounted
