HU45 Conversion from US to EU

Doesn't want to accept the change of the US to the EU. Why?

Check if this can be changed in the engineering menu.
 
This is Audio 20, not COMAND, it needs to be flashed from CD.
 
I don't see these options in the engineering menu.
 
Maybe there is an update from DVD or USB?
