DAS Drive Authorization System is sometimes difficult to write the vin into the ecu, if the part numbers are not the same, that is my experience, then I do it with diagzon online scn, which works.

We have very good experience with xhorse vvdi BGA. Most FBS3 problems be solved. Pricing is really fair. Using it for over 4 Year without any issues.

Thanks for your input, I think I'll go for the CGDI, it seems they have reasonable support.

CGDI will be able to reset the block, but will not change the VIN number.
The VIN number can be easily changed using Vediamo or DAS with the engineering menu.
