Mercedes Control Unit E1N9 Headlight

I have a problem with C205 HLI_FL253_B22.
I replaced the left headlight but I can't code my car. I scanned all the QR codes but no luck. I use Xentry. Can anyone help me solve this problem?

Most likely the headlight control unit is not original, do they have PPP? I could not code them.

You will have to do the encoding via Vediamo, this can probably be done via files, they are probably in the 100 GB posted in another thread, I will post the link to the thread here.

This control unit is not original, so it causes problems. Install the original control unit, then code it.

Thanks for the reply, the ECU I bought has the same part number as the old one. I have no idea what the problem is.

Did you install a genuine or aftermarket unit?
I have had issues with aftermarket units or some that work but are not designed to diagnose.

The ECU is brand new but I'm not sure if it's third party or not.

Just looked through my files and found the same issue with a 2019 W205. Your module is not original, we installed it because the original was custom made. We had to wait and install the original to be able to do the coding correctly.

Thanks for the info, it's a bit weird because the ECU is not aftermarket. I need to order another one and test it again.
