Mercedes W204 ESP ECU Issues, Easy ECU Replacement

I just realized I get this module mixed up on older cars due to the large number of bad used parts.
The fault was an incorrect VIN, a controlled test showed it was probably the wrong car and mentioned something about AWD. The part number does not match the catalog number. However, on eBay there were part numbers all over the place indicating it was a 211 (if I remember correctly).
My mistake.

Try to find the exact same part number as your old unit and just code the VIN. That's it.
