As you can see in the video, I have a strange problem with a sudden RPM spike on my W204 with the OM 646.811 engine and 722.640 (5G) transmission. The car does this under light acceleration under load (small hill) and only between 1200-1500 RPM. At higher RPMs there is no problem.
I really need help because this is driving me crazy.

What I have already done:

The torque converter has been recycled.
The lock solenoid is new.
New oil and filters for engine and transmission.
MAP and MAF sensors are new.
The quantity control valve is new.
The rail pressure sensor and high rail pressure regulator are new.
EGR removed by software and with unplugged connector.
DPF removed physically and software.
The swirl flaps are off.

No diagnostic errors (Xentry 2024).

Please give me some advice.

What is EGS my friend? Do you mean transmission control module? What version do you have?

EGS53 WDD2042021F 2010 year.

I updated mine to the latest version at the official MB dealer in Bulgaria, but no change.

Check the coding in the gearbox (Rear Axle Ratio) and try to throw in another EGS control unit.
Post the coding line and VIN. I'll check what relation it corresponds to. For example...

Check what you have on your rear differential. It should be (2.65).
