I have a similar problem on a 2007 W203 with OM646 and 5G-Tronic 722.699 gearbox.
How did you deal with this problem, was it fixed?

I have tried almost everything, but the problem is still not solved. Here's what I've done so far:

Rebuilt torque converter.
Changed transmission fluid twice.
Replaced solenoids.
Replaced fuel rail and regulator.
Replaced crankshaft and camshaft position sensors.
Updated transmission software at an authorized dealer.
Reworked injectors and recoded.
Replaced MAP sensor.
Replaced MAF sensor.
Replaced low and high fuel pressure sensors and valves.
Replaced fuel temperature sensor.
Replaced coolant temperature sensor (antifreeze).
Slight remap.
EGR removal (hardware and software).
Swirl flaps removed and disabled via software.
DPF removal (hardware and software).
Replaced ESP module.
Cleaned ABS sensors.
Installed new AGM battery.
Installed new oxygen sensors (O2).
Replaced and recoded ECU.
Replaced and coded the transmission ECU.

Despite all this, the problem still persists. If anyone finds a solution, please share.

What exactly was included in the "Rebuilt torque converter"?
It looks like the problem is with the slipping lockup clutch.
Please tell us more about what was involved in this process.

I contacted the company and they completely refurbished my TC.

I have the same problem on a 2007 W203 with OM646 and 722.699 5G-Tronic. Sounds like the lockup clutch is slipping and it depends on engine/gearbox temperature.
I have read many opinions on forums which combined with my little knowledge of these issues point to a lockup clutch in the TQ.
I'm going to replace the gearbox with a TQ from the donor car since they are inexpensive now.
Have you tried disabling the lockup solenoid in the DAS system, does it make a noticeable difference?

I replaced the entire lockup solenoid and the TC was completely recycled. Nothing changed.

I came to the conclusion that the pressure sensor was faulty as it was at the end of the ramp. I removed and installed it and the problem disappeared. No replacement was made.

Which pressure sensor exactly? I think there are 2 or 3.
